  • Overview

    Velfix®-S foam dressing is an absorbent self-adhering dressing consisting of a Polyurethane (PU) foam pad, a hypoallergenic silicone adhesive wound contact layer and a high MVTR transparent film top layer. Velfix-S foam dressing is available with and without an adhesive border.

  • Properties
    • Soft Silicone Adhesive adheres to the skin around the wound but not the wound.
    • Easy-release adhesive minimizes pain and adhesive-associated skin damage on removal.
    • Highly absorbent dressing used for heavily exuding wounds.
    • Promotes faster healing and prevents bacterial contamination.
    • Easy to apply foam dressing - customized size, suitable for different body parts, & more convenient to diagnose while nursing.
    • Polyurethane film backing - breathable, waterproof, & bacteria-resistant.
