Velvert® is an antimicrobial barrier dressing formulated from a highly porous polymeric sponge infused with a patented antimicrobial technology, providing broad-spectrum protection against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, fungi,, and multidrug-resistant micro-organisms. Indicated for the management of complex acute and chronic wounds, Velvert® absorbs exudate up to 20 times its own weight while maintaining a moist wound environment conducive to healing. Its soft, conformable structure adapts readily to deep and irregular wound beds, supporting use across a broad spectrum of clinical wound care applications.
