Velfix®-S is a soft, highly absorbent silicone foam dressing designed to protect wounds with moderate to heavy wound fluid (exudate) while creating a comfortable environment that supports natural healing. Its multi-layer foam pad absorbs excess fluid to help reduce the risk of skin softening (maceration), while the gentle silicone adhesive securely adheres to the surrounding skin—not the wound itself—helping minimize pain and trauma during dressing changes.

The breathable polyurethane film outer layer helps protect the wound from external contaminants while allowing moisture vapour to escape, maintaining a balanced wound environment. Soft, flexible, and comfortable to wear, Velfix®-S conforms easily to different body contours and is available with or without an adhesive border to suit different wound care needs.
