Velfour® is a four-layer compression bandaging system designed to help treat venous leg ulcers and other conditions caused by poor vein function in the legs. By delivering sustained, graduated compression—approximately 40 mmHg at the ankle, gradually reducing toward the knee—it helps improve blood flow, reduce swelling, and create an environment that supports wound healing. The system is designed to remain effective for up to a week per application when applied by a trained healthcare professional.

Before compression therapy begins, your circulation must be properly assessed (an ABPI/Doppler test is usually done) to confirm compression is safe for you — high compression can be harmful if there’s underlying poor arterial circulation in the leg. Do not self-apply this product or use it without professional guidance.
