Velspan™ is a reusable long-stretch graduated compression bandage designed to deliver strong, sustained compression for managing venous disorders and lower-limb swelling. Providing approximately 30–40 mmHg of graduated compression, it helps support circulation while reducing edema and promoting recovery. Built-in visual stretch indicators—rectangles that become squares during application—help healthcare professionals achieve accurate, consistent compression more easily. Soft, breathable, and washable, Velspan™ is designed for reliable long-term compression therapy under appropriate medical guidance.

Before starting compression therapy for venous insufficiency, edema, or leg ulcers, your circulation should be properly assessed (often with an ABPI/Doppler test), as high compression can be harmful if there is underlying poor arterial blood flow in the leg.
